Gostoso Churros was created in 2025 by Yuri Amoedo and Lyncoln, two Brazilians who moved to Sydney after the pandemic and couldn’t find real Brazilian churros in the city.
That’s when the idea was born – to bring the authentic taste of Brazil to Sydney, with churros that are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and filled with flavours like homemade dulce de leche, brigadeiro, and Nutella.
We produce everything in a certified kitchen in partnership with Bahia Restaurant, ensuring quality and consistency in every bite.
